The League is recruiting Poker players to play NL Hold ’em and/or Mixed non-Hold’em Poker in the U.S. National Poker League™ (NPL) as part of a team competition at live, in-person events . The format will be Sit-N-Go style Freezeout tournaments. Applications currently being accepted as described below under “How to Apply to play in the U.S. National Poker League™”.
There are regular season tournaments plus Semi-Finals and Championship events. Each freezeout is designed to finish within a reasonable amount of time.
There is no monetary cost to poker players for tournament entry. Salaries are paid to each player and separate cash prizes/bonuses are awarded to the Player of the Year and to the winning team along with the National Poker League™ Final Table Trophy. You will have the ability to show off your skills and personality, as games will be recorded and streamed with commentary.

Player Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to participate as a Player in the NPL
- Must be available for all tournaments
- Must be experienced with NL Hold ’em tournament play
- Not necessary, but more value is added to players who are also skilled at non-NL Hold ’em Poker
- Understand and be willing to adhere to any and all requirements from the players’ respective team owner
- Follow all league rules including respectful behavior to other players, dealers, and staff
- Players are required to wear team attire, i.e., a league approved uniforms provided by respective Team Owner’s
- Willing to be recorded for online streaming
- Willing to be interviewed for broadcast production
- Players cannot also be a Team Owner in the league

- Include experience and/or bio as to why you should be be drafted to play in the league
- To include a list of credentials, related to poker i.e., what limit(s)/cash games/tournaments/how many months/years you have been playing, etc.
- Provide a list of tournament wins, cashes, accomplishments, etc., or simply Hendon Mob results plus any additional accomplishments not listed on Hendon Mob
- Any other applicable Poker or other sport or gaming participation and accolades, etc.
- Include experience and/or bio as to why you should be be drafted to play in the league
